Terms & Conditions and Transportation Information
Prices quoted herein per line item. Prices quoted herein are FOB our nursery at Kalispell Montana. Prices are B&B stock dug and shipped during the normal digging season. Orders dug and held longer then two weeks will be subject to a holding charge.
Orders are accepted subject to prior orders. We reserve the right to cancel should injury occur due to hail, windstorm, frost, or other weather conditions, insects, disease, or natural causes beyond our control.
All shipments travel at purchaser’s risk. If damages or delays are encountered in shipment, any claims should be made to the transportation company immediately.
Four Seasons Nursery, LLC warrants to the extent of the purchase price that nursery stock is true to name and as described. Seller gives no other or further warranty, expressed or implied, and will under no circumstances be liable for more than the invoice value at time of purchase. WE CANNOT ASSUME ANY WARRANTY AS TO PRODUCTIVENESS AFTER TRANSPLANTING.
TERMS: Cash, unless credit is approved in advance. Customers who do not have established credit are required to pay in advance of shipment. All customers desiring credit are required to have a customer/credit application on file. Terms are net 30 days. Service charge of 1.5% per month will be made on past due accounts equaling an annual rate of 18%.
CREDIT: Should you wish to establish credit with us, please submit a credit application for review.
CLAIMS: Claims, for any cause, must be made within 5 days of receipt of stock.
DISCOUNTS: The following discounts apply to accounts that are paid in full within 30 days of invoice date on Deciduous Trees, Pine and Fir Trees: (Note- Spruce Trees are already at discounted prices)

$7,500 .......... -$15,000 .......... 5%
$15,000 ........ -$30,000 .......... 7%
$30,000 ........ -$40,000 .......... 8%
$40,000 ........ -$60,000 .......... 9%
